2-D BARCODE
Prompt, accurate follow-up is one of the most important elements of your exhibitors' trade show participation. Using barcode lead retrieval is an easy, foolproof way to collect, save and use lead information. When a badge is scanned, all the information contained in the PDF 417 barcode is then displayed on the built-in LCD display. To qualify the lead, press the lead qualifier button and a pre-programmed list of yes/no questions appears in the display. Simply check the box next to those qualifiers to be attached to the badge information. Now a qualified lead has been created in a format that is manageable. Our terminals have a 3,000 lead capacity. The leads are held in battery backed memory (512K RAM) as well as stored to diskette on a built-in 3 1/2" floppy drive. This means no standing on long lines after the show or waiting days for leads by mail. All leads are time and date stamped. Leads combined with demographics, qualifiers and notes are stored to diskette as an ASCII text file. Leads can easily be imported into sales force management programs such as ACT!, Goldmine, Access, Excel or into word processor, spreadsheet or database applications. No duplicate entries are recorded. When a badge is presented a second time, the original record is retrieved and displayed for review or editing. Technical support is on site on set up days(s) and during event hours.

BADGE NUMBER SYSTEM
Each attendee is assigned a unique ID number which is included on the badge. Exhibitors write the badge numbers on a sales lead form. These numbers can be referenced on a complete list of attendees distributed to each exhibitor after the event.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION LABELS
Attendee information labels (or sticker sheets) are a cost effective and very basic lead retrieval system which provides your exhibitors with pertinent attendee information.
